Care Coordinator

Full time – Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

The CC works closely with the neurosurgeon, physician assistant, advanced practical registered nurse and registered nurse in providing care to the patients.  The CC is responsible for  scheduling surgery at three different hospitals, scheduling diagnostic testing such as imaging and other studies at various locations in Kansas, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, fielding phone calls from patients, and completing disability and FMLA paperwork.  Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to organize and work in a fast paced environment is a must.  The candidate will also be documenting and navigating an electronic medical record.  One to two years experience in the healthcare field is preferred but not required.  Also bilingual (Spanish and English) candidates are preferred.  High school graduates or GED required.  ANC is an equal opportunity employer.
