Project Engineer

AGCO, Project Engineer, Hesston, KS. Lead

capital projects to develop simulation equipment

to support machine control system veri?cation

& module integration. Prepare proposals,

coordinate w/ suppliers &on-site teams,

oversee system installation & deployment

& assembly of electrical/electronic test

?xtures, develop test steps/procedures,

&execute veri?cation tests. Implement common

practices, process, and technology in order

to leverage the proto build readiness and

competence on engineering planning and execution.

Speed up engineering deliveries achieving

the best results on time for new products,

continuous improvements, cost reduction

and value proposition. Lead and support

the team on problem solving to assure resolution

of proto issues using proper techniques.

Bach.’s Degree in Comp. Sc. or Electrical

or Agricultural Engineering req. Must also

have 2 years of exp as an Engineer in the

agricultural harvesting, heavy duty off-road

or construction machinery industry (i) developing

mathematical dynamic models in MathWorks

MATLAB/Simulink; & (ii) testing or developing

embedded software products, HIL testing

benches & control systems. Of exp req.,

must also have internship or work experience

w/Python. Must be able to travel up to 20%

of the time domestic &internationally. Not
