Receptionist
Manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Receive and sort mail
- Data entry
- Hold a high level of confidentiality
- Flexibility with other jobs assigned
- Open and Close Office
Requirements:
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Professional attitude
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), handle other office equipment
- Dependable and punctual
