VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers also to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.For this role, a strong Internet connection will be provided, along with experience using communication tools like Hangout/Skype.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
*Typing and data entry/Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
*Work under the guidance of a supervisor.
*Helping in the preparation of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
*Input accounts receivables and billings into data systems
*Maintaining and updating social media accounts.
*Providing customer services.
*Respond to emails and phone calls/Researching online.
*Participate in company training
*Assist with filing expense reports, checking time sheets and ensuring that monthly payroll is completed accurately and on time.
*Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones and taking detailed messages.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
*Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
*Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
*Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
*Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
*Excellent time management skills.
*Solid organizational skills/Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
