HVAC Technician/ Maintenance Lead
Job Duties: The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician performs maintenance and repair on all campus HVAC systems. The Technician also does minor electrical and plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance. This position has supervisory authority while under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities.
Campus Locations: Multiple Sites

Required knowledge and skills:
- The HVAC Lead must show pride in craftsmanship and have the ability to do trade related mathematics. Must be able to work well with others and safely direct employees. The successful candidate will be able to make diagnostic decisions based on education, experience and instrument readiness.
- Physical requirements include the ability to climb, stoop, bend and work in awkward positions; able to work at heights; able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; work indoors and outdoors. This position occasionally requires overtime and weekend work.
- Must be compliant with E.P.A. regulations and practices.
Required experience: Must be a working, licensed Journeyman working toward Masters license. Masters license preferred. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience.
Required educational background: Documented job related training. High School diploma or its equivalent.
