Head of Analytics (Overland Park, KS) Provide data analysis, modeling & reporting to support all areas of risk mgmt. Responsible for the dvlpmt of credit risk acquisition & cross-sell scorecards, the delivery of various predictive models to improve all core areas of risk mgmt incl but not limited to underwriting, fraud & collections. Manage offer optimization for leasing of mobile devices & accessories, & maintain & improve the profitability model that estimates Customer Lifetime Values. Lead the efforts to identify alternative data sources for credit risk underwriting. Reqd to understand the relationship between telco industry behavioral data & credit risk, & to begin to incorporate Big Data into the underwriting model. Dvlp, manage & motivate team of Risk Analysts. Dvlp & maintain regular standardized risk reporting. Dvlp, maintain & constantly improve scorecard monitoring reports. Maintain credit risk & fraud prediction Scorecard. Dvlp predictive models for reserves calculation. Dvlp underwriting process & its documentation for internal & regulatory needs. Build, maintain & dvlp regular & ad-hoc reporting (portfolio performance, application flow, verification & fraud detection, operations & collections measures), collection behavior, hard-check influences. Utilize & manage SQL data mining, ad-hoc analyses, predictive models. Monitor, analyze & improve underwriting & collection processes. Propose changes in underwriting process, product settings to increase profitability. Analyze partial hard checks (KO criteria) in workflow, call scripts & scenarios of verification checks. Support fraud monitoring & investigation. Cooperate w/ IT in regards to workflow/process changes. Prep IT testing scenarios & manuals from Risk perspective. Continually screen the mkt for new tools w/ possibility to improve risk mgmt. Improving the discounted Cash-Flow model that estimates. Masters (or foreign equiv) in Mathematics or Statistics +3 yrs of exp in Predictive Modeling in the Financial Industry in the job offered or as an Analyst.
