• Oversees that policies and procedures are upheld in all units in area of responsibility
• Regularly holds management meetings to set clear and attainable goals to include employee relations, sales initiatives, maintenance schedules company policies and procedures, etc.
• Conducts regular store audits, oversees inventory taking, etc.
Well qualified candidates will have previous multi unit management experience in quick service, fast food or delivery-carry out operations. Overseeing all district general managers by working In Stores along with GMs to train, coach, counsel and motivate in a ongoing basis. Responsible for attaining written sales, food costs and labor budget goals, and Controllable costs and fixed costs. Oversees repairs and maintenance of units with corporate approval and creates year end budgets for next calendar year to be approved by corporate office. Be your own boss with our system. 50-55 hours per week minimum.
