Accounting/Office AssistantD-J Engineering, Inc.
Assist with daily duties as necessary. Duties could include, but are not limited to, creating/modifying spreadsheets, downloading Request for Quotes (RFQs), approaching suppliers for quotes, preparing and submitting quote letters to customers, retrieve/organize date from Syteline ERP system, relay information/questions from customers to appropriate parties, assisting with quarterly audits.
- Associates or bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration discipline is preferred. Previous job experience may substitute.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime if necessary.
- Job stability is a must.
Must have a strong attention to detail and have a high ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while adhering to deadlines. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, ect.). Must be timely, reliable and a self-starter. Previous experience with Syteline ERP system preferred, but not required.
