JOB TITLE: Sales Representative Supervisor

DETAILS: Eddy’s Chevrolet Cadillac LLC is hiring a Sales Representative Supervisor at its Wichita, Kansas location. The position of Sales Representative Supervisor plans, directs, or coordinates the actual sales or movement of a product or service to the customer. The position coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales quotas and goals and establishing training programs for sales associates. The position analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements. The position directs and coordinates activities involving sales services. The position resolves customer complaints regarding sales. The position reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determines profitability. The position trains, oversees, and motivates sales staff. The position develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time. The position inspects products and materials for sale. Instruct and oversee sale activity by staff to address compliance. The position generates reports and records on sale activities by sales staff.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with 2 years of experience in business management.
