Payroll Administrator involves issuing and distributing paycheck while processing payroll deductions such as child support, garnishments, levies. This candidate must have a strong background in payroll processing and paying taxes. This position will also support the HR department. We are looking for someone who has benefits background. Such as 401(k), new hire reporting, conducting background checks. This is a full time position with weekends off.
Job Requirements:
- Must have in house payroll experience. (700 plus employees)
- Must have experience in paying Federal, State payroll taxes returns
- Must have experience in paying child supports, garnishments, etc.
- Must have experience in Quarterly's filing, Year End W2 reporting.
- Must be well organized and must be able to multi task.
- Must have excellent written and oral vocabulary.
- Must be an out of the box thinker.
- Must be a problem solver on their own.
