Practical Nursing Instructor Program Faculty

Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a full-time instructor for the Practical Nursing program beginning with the Spring 2025 semester. The Practical Nursing Instructor will create a positive learning environment to guide the student in participating in planned experiences directed toward performing health-related activities with precision, safety, and efficiency consistent with concepts and practices of all-encompassing healthcare entities and disciplines.

The successful candidate must have a BSN (unless the degree was conferred before July 1, 2001), be currently licensed as a registered nurse in Kansas, and have a minimum of two years’ paid employment in the field of nursing or an educational setting.

This full-time, 10-month position offers a salary range of $40,000-$54,000 commensurate with experience and education level, KPERS retirement plan, and paid health insurance for the employee.  Annual salary is paid out over 12 months.
