Below are the multiple positions we are hiring for on Wednesday, October 16th 10:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Thursday, October 17th 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
General Manager:
- Manage a quality and knowledgeable sales team
- Develop unique ways to drive sales and increase store profitability
- Maintain in-stock levels through accurate inventory management
- Develop unique and creative ways to drive sales
- Oversee the Profit and Loss and budget responsibility and manages to the budget accordingly
- Initiate and tracks cost control mechanisms
- Model and promote great customer service behavior
- Select and develop staff for growth and development opportunities
- Maintain a safe work area for employees and customers
Service Advisor:
- Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
- Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
- Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
- Keep customers apprised of work progress
Service Technician:
- Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
- Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
- Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
RV Sales Associate:
- Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization
- Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and finance
- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
- Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management
- Internet Sales Associate
Operations Manager:
- Maximizes installation sales, installation fees and service fees through ensuring quality, timely product installations and repairs
- Supervises daily Service Department activities
- Supervises shop personnel providing support with technical installations
- Trains employees on new products and safety procedures
- Monitors and reviews work schedules, customer letters and comments, technician productivity and labor control reports
- Tracks monthly departmental results
- Reviews departmental budget with Service Manager to maximize installation sales and fees
- Assures productivity standards are met
- Provides "cradle to grave" customer service
- May answer phones and provide assistance
- Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- May cross train to perform other duties
Detailers:
- Clean RVs inside and outside
- Prep RV for customer purchase and showroom floor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- May cross train to perform other duties (driving forklifts, etc)
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager
Lot Porter:
- Park and move RV units in a timely fashion
- Ensures window prices on recreational vehicles are installed and removed as instructed
- Maintains weekly lot washes and ensures all units and isles are clean
- Writes work orders, tracks problems and ensures units are in proper working order
- Sweeps, picks up trash and debris, empties garbage cans: keeps lot clean and professional in appearance
- Keeps units and equipment secure from weather
- Maintains physical inventory on a weekly basis
- Ensures slide-outs are in, jacks are down, steps are down, select awnings are opened and the doors are unlocked
- Maintains a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Product Specialist:
- Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations
- Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation
- Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress
- Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members
- Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations
- Inspect vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered
- Provide excellent overall customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- May cross train to perform other duties as necessary
Customer Service Representative:
- Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and achieving success on the Leaderboard.
- Facilitate a positive checkout experience.
- Connect with customers by asking open ended questions, recommending solutions, answering customer questions, and graciously listening to and denoting customer concerns.
- Restock merchandise to ensure the department and merchandise displays are organized and fully stocked.
- Involvement in the community to promote the brand and stay informed concerning competitors.
- Demonstrate safe practices and procedures in store by adhering to company standards.
- Re-ticket merchandise to ensure accuracy
- Ensure firearms are properly handled during the check in process at the front of the store.
- Ensure federal, state and local compliance to protect the store's FFL and adhere to company policy on the handling and inventory of firearms.
Office Administrator:
- Breakdown, post and submit funding paperwork for al RV sales transactions
- Process and post all cash receipts, credit card payments, scanned checks and ACH payments
- Maintain Dealership inventory including stocking in new and used inventory, intercompany transfers and monthly floor plan audit
- Process and facilitate all payroll and Human Resource papework for submission to corporate office
- Sort, review and post all vendor invoices and credit card transactions with correct GL coding
- Perform / oversee title work process and procedures including MSO's, POA's, and other documentation, fees and related sales tax submissions
- Prepare / provide reports, schedules or requests for additional information on a timely basis to the Area Controller, corporate office or General Manager
- Assist the General Manager in running an efficient, organized dealership
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain vendor / customer relations
- Other duties / project as assigned for the overall benefit of the Dealership
