Job Description - Overview
Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation searching for a resourceful, talented, and motivated individual to fill our current Alarm Coordinator Assistant position within our Loss Prevention Department.
The position is located in our Corporate Headquarters offices at SW 44th and Council, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a standard Monday-Friday, 40-hour week. No relocation assistance is offered with this position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining of Alarm Database
- Communicating with Law Enforcement/Fire Department and Stores via E-Mail and Telephone
- Responding to Emergency Alarm Issues
- Coordinating Alarm Repair Service
- Troubleshooting Alarm Procedures and/or Alarm Panel Operation
- Accurate and Timely Completion of Paperwork
- Compilation of Data and Preparation of Reports on Alarm Related Incidents
- Reviewing Store Security Video Footage and Assisting with Alarm Incident Investigations
- Performing Other Duties as Assigned
Position Requirements:
- Ability to Efficiently Assess and Prioritize an Ever-Changing, Deadline-Oriented Workload
- Ability to Be an Effective Team Player in a Very Fast-Paced Work Environment
- Ability to Maintain a High Level of Confidentiality and Discretion at All Times
- PC Proficient with the Ability to Master Multiple Software Programs
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications – Word and Excel Required
- Ability to Provide Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Sit for Extended Periods of Time
- Alarm or Technical Troubleshooting Experience Preferred, But Not Required
