Incent is a startup fintech which has a new and innovative youth financial education solution. The solution will be sold primarily to Credit Unions that meet certain criteria. The company has developed something which will be a disruptor in the market. Incent is new to the market but has already seen strong sales and growth. The job would entail going to conferences and developing relationships to build sales. The job has the potential to earn someone significant revenue if he or she can perform at the job. The job has a small base pay but is largely a commission position. Assuming strong sales you could expect to earn upwards of $80,000 per year.
