ASSISTANT BOX OFFICE MANAGER

INTRUST Bank Arena, an ASM Global managed facility, has an excellent and immediate opening for the FULL-time Assistant Box Office Manager.

Under general direction of the Box Office Manager, acts as the liaison between the Box Office Manager, staff, and the public.  Supervise full-time, part-time, contractual computing and phone staff.  Properly schedule staff to cover facility operating hours in efficient and effective manner.  Assign specific work tasks and monitor progress as to timeliness and quality of results.  Maintain Select-A-Seat ticketing hardware repair and installation in-house and at outlets.  Oversee marketing efforts for Select-A-Seat, to include but limited to, website, social media, and e-blasts.  Coordinates all ticket event information and tickets operations for tenant team events.  Two-years box office or ticketing knowledge preferred.  Ability to remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

Position is salary plus commission structure, full benefits, self-managed vacation, 401(k) with company match.
