Sr. Administrative Assistant, Customer Service
JR Custom Metal Products is currently seeking a full-time, hourly, Sr. Administrative Assistant for our Customer Service department.
This position will report to our Customer Service Manager and will provide a wide range of administrative and support related tasks, including, but not limited to setting up customer accounts and orders, assist to resolve order issues and returns, partner with internal departments to provide excellent customer service and expedite customer requests of on-time delivery of product.
Tasks will require producing high volumes of quality work while maintaining professionalism, expert level written and verbal communication skills, decision making abilities and attention to detail in daily tasks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of direct administrative assistant, or support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous ERP/data entry experience, preferably in Syteline
