We are currently seeking an energetic and knowledgeable individual to fill our full-time Administrative Assistant position in our Cheney, Kansas office. Primary Function: Duties will include proposal development using InDesign software, photo editing using Adobe and PhotoShop, client invoicing, basic clerical duties, project filing, assisting with accounting, planning/organizing office meetings and events, etc. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, InDesign and photo editing is a plus.
