Help seniors and their families understand the benefits of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing while facilitating the sales process based on uncovering seniors' wants and needs and matching them to KMH’s offerings.
Must enjoy working daily with seniors and their families. Sales experience in senior living critical; professionals with proven sales skills from other industries will be considered. Daily activities include phone calls, tours, working within a lead management database, interfacing with other marketing team members and departments, and reporting. This person will have an active database of leads and will also be responsible for handling new inquiries.
Qualified applicants will *Posses excellent phone skills *Interpersonal skills *Communication skills, written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations * Customer service driven*Competent in organizational, time management skills * Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills * Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications.
Minimum of four years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, recruiting, community relations, and/or sales and marketing. Undergraduate degree from four-year accredited college or university.
