KS StateBank is growing and we’re adding to our Retail Banking team in Manhattan!

Retail Bankers are the face of the Bank to our clients, while also acting as the front line of customer service and bank security. They are responsible for creating a positive and memorable client experience through building quality relationships, being knowledgeable about products and services, while working together as a team to create unique solutions that make banking valuable for our clients.

Schedule: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday rotation

Job description:

The Retail Banker is accountable for creating a positive and memorable client experience. You must have knowledge of and be skilled at demonstrating KS StateBank’s Service Standards. You have the ability to perform maintenance on accounts and consistently deliver value-added services by effectively identifying appropriate solutions for clients. This position requires a dedication to developing lasting client relationships and discovering opportunities for new business.

As a Retail Banker, you will provide services to clients including processing and verifying transactions and performing account maintenance. Responsibilities include ensuring clients’ requests and questions are promptly resolved as well as cross-selling bank products and services. Essential abilities include: attention to detail; ability to talk to people; curiosity; initiative; and quick adaptation to technological programs and devices.

This position will be evaluated by your Retail Manager based on specific measurements and you must be able to demonstrate essential functions. Required training will occur regularly, both in-classroom and online
