Facilities/Maintenance Technician
Landmark Commercial Property Management Inc is growing and we are currently seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience in all aspects of commercial property maintenance including but not limited to; electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC experience a plus.
The Maintenance team member will be expected to oversee the grounds of multiple commercial properties and conduct preventative maintenance as well as respond to Tenant complaints in a timely manner.
Maintenance duties may include but are not limited to painting, replacing electrical accessories, maintaining HVAC and conducting general carpentry repairs.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license and insurance and should be available for after-hours emergency calls and be able to pass a required pre-employment screening.
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
Some in town travel may be required so applicant should own truck (transportation) and tools as needed
