Landmark Commercial Real Estate located in Old Town is seeking a high-energy front desk receptionist that is self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Duties will include answering a multi-line phone system, data entry, filing, word processing and maintaining office supplies. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), organized and able to multi-task. Some experience with Adobe In-Design and Photoshop preferred. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment. Starting pay $11-12 P/H based upon experience.
