Legal Office Manager/HR Generalist
McDonald Tinker PA, a law firm in downtown Wichita, is seeking a full-time office manager/HR generalist to work collaboratively with the firms’ existing management. This is a wonderful opportunity for a highly organized, skillful and energetic administrator. Responsibilities will include Human Resources (management of staff, personnel files, recruiting, training, and ownership of annual review process); Office Systems Management/Vendor Relationships (office space assignment, lease/contract agreements, Information Technology (coordination of services with third-party providers); firm event planning; and, Communication & General Management (policies & procedures, project management). This position will report directly to the firms’ Management Committee.
This position is challenging, creative, fast-paced and would be appreciated by someone who can successfully multi-task, genuinely cares about the staff and the firm as a whole. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. Candidates should have a minimum of three to five years of HR experience, preferably in the legal field. Trustworthiness, humility, attention to detail and a sense of humor are required.
