Mize and Company, a manufacturing and wholesale aftermarket auto parts company in Kingman, KS, is currently seeking an experienced Buyer.
The position requires strong multitasking and analytical skills to manage daily purchasing. Daily tasks include generating and reviewing daily orders to meet sales demand and maintain appropriate stock levels. Buyer will also manage inventory stock levels on a scheduled basis and adjust order points based on lead times, review fill rates, and update pricing. Buyer must have experience working with overseas (China) vendors.
-Proven history of purchasing experience.-Strong decision making skills.
-Team player with strong communications skills.
-Organized and experience handling multiple task and projects.
-Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel skills are required, with advanced Excel & Access skills a plus.
-Math Skills: Basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and calculate stock levels.
