What You’ll Do:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Or in lieu of a degree, extensive experience in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor legislation, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solver with a proactive approach
• Openness to new processes with a growth mindset
