Administrative Assistant - Pathway Church
Full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Westlink Campus of Pathway Church. Perform a variety of administrative and support duties to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Position requires range of knowledge and skills including: organizational procedures; assisting visitors and volunteers; resolving issues and inquiries; composing, editing and proofreading correspondence and reports; some receptionist duties; and event planning.
Requirements: Must have previous administrative or office experience. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to quickly learn other programs such as Asana and Rock database. Must be self-motivated, flexible and eager to help others succeed. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Must be sensitive to working with confidential items. Must agree to attend Pathway Church within 6 months of hire. Position is Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends required. $12.00 per hour.
