- Deburr: Set up, operate portable power tools, or tend grinding and related hand tools to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, buff, or polish metal or plastic work pieces, wrap and place in containers.
- Machinists 4&5 Axis - 1st and 2nd shift: Operate numerical control machines to fabricate parts. Run production lots and maintain safe, organized and clean work environment. Responsible for set up, inspection, first part buys, and other duties as assigned.
- Production Manager - 2nd shift: Over sees production work areas, ensuring that operations run smoothly and work is completed on time while achieving the company quality objectives. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate staffing levels are met and maintained for the area. Reviews applicable governing metrics and takes appropriate actions to ensure that company objectives are meet. This position requires the ability to make decisions and follow through on performance objectives. Responsible for motivating workforce to meet individual and company objectives.
- CMM Operator: Set up part and CMM program on CMM machine for dimensional check per established load schedule that coordinates with the production schedule.
- Net Inspect: Inspect product (detail fabrication, machine parts or assemblies) to customer engineering drawings, specifications, supplier quality requirements and Perfekta’s Policies and Procedures using appropriate inspection equipment.
- Trainer: Administering training to teammates, assure standardized work is in place and all teammates follow standards. Training new and/or existing employees in the subject areas to train them in manufacturing procedures and policies. Working with leads and managers to create and maintain Work Instructions and other training materials as needed to support training efforts. Maintain a training plan and records for all employees.
- Customer Accounts Representative/ Program Manager: Coordinates the movement of product through Perfekta from receipt of customer order to final delivery of product. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules to ensure that customer parts are completed on schedule. The Customer Service Representative is the forward communications link between our customers (Internal and External). Monitors and produces governance metrics. Responsible for coordination with internal departments to give status of current situation. Report all constraints that could prevent us making our stated goals, and develop recovery action plans. Analyze current operating performance and design new methods for optimizing performance.
