Growing HVAC Company in the Wichita area, is seeking an experienced commercial and residential HVAC Service Manager to develop and coach our service team as we expand our operations. 

  • HVAC service manager, master lic preferred
  • High aspirations and desire to win, a bias to action, a “team-first” attitude, and passion & energy
  •  Proven management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced HVAC service Tech
  • Successful history of leading a team
