Project Remand – Ramsey County Pretrial Services is seeking a full time Diversion Case Manager to serve Ramsey County District Court. Job responsibilities include: screening for diversion eligibility; attending arraignment court; engaging criminal defendants in the change process; completing risk and needs screenings and assessments; developing case plans; monitoring compliance with goals and conditions; managing a caseload; referring individuals to appropriate resources in the community; collecting restitution; promoting pro-social behavior; and facilitating defendants’ successful completion of diversion. The minimum qualification for this job is a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work or related field and an ability to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of criminal justice system, diversion, and pretrial services preferred. Strong communication skills and an ability to work within a teamwork framework also preferred.
Project Remand is offering a starting salary between $31,800 - $34,800 with an excellent benefit package.
