Saint Francis Community Services is opening a Secure Care facility.

We are looking for:

 

Clinical Director

Responsible for clinical services. LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT.

 

Primary Counselor

Play a vital role in the day to day operation of the Secure Care facility, provides supervision and attends to the safety needs of the clients, while maintaining a therapeutic environment. Ensures the treatment plan is a living document in the daily life of the client.

  • Participates in the client’s daily planning routine.
  • Supervisors, coaches and mentors the client during meals, dressing and personal hygiene, monitors cleaning of room, chores, and life tactical skills.
  • Provides structure, discipline and security in meeting the needs of the youths.
  • Serves as a role model and source of feedback to the clients.
  • Supervises and monitors the clients at all times.
  • Provides positive interaction with the clients and demonstrates appropriate de- escalation techniques.

 

Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician serves a vital role in the day-to-day operations. He/she is the primary providers, in supervising and attending to the safety and daily needs of the clients, while maintaining a therapeutic environment.

  • Serves as an adult role model and a source of feedback to the clients.
  • Supervises and monitors clients at all times.
  • Provides positive interaction with the clients and demonstrates appropriate de- escalation techniques.
  • Demonstrates good communication skills with clients and co-workers.
  • Demonstrates professional ethics, boundaries and confidentiality with the clients.
  • Demonstrate respect and caring of the clients and the ability to be open minded and nonjudgmental with clients.
  • Maintains awareness of diversity and youth culture.

 

Shift Supervisor

Supervision of staff & clients

 

Social Worker

LBSW required. Primary liaison between the family, placing agency, treatment staff, court, education personnel and any other treatment providers. Facilitates from the beginning the essential planning meeting required to focus on discharge.

 

Registered Nurses

KSBN Preferred
