Financial Services Coordinator
Stuart Financial Group is a boutique financial planning firm serving clients throughout the DC metro area.
We are seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic, we’d love to have you as part of the SFG team. The Financial Services Coordinator (FSC) serves Stuart Financial in all areas of the business from administrative services to operations and client services.
The FSC works with clients and the Stuart team to resolve client questions on a timely basis, help manage client needs, and ensure client satisfaction. The FSC also leads on coordinating schedules for Stuart Financial events and for the team including making necessary travel arrangements and working with the team on marketing packages.
Additionally, the FSC is in charge of creating memorandums, correspondence, documents, and reports, usually from rough draft, and edits for grammar, punctuation, and spelling as needed.
The FSC Interacts with clients daily and is thus required to keep to Stuart Financial professional standards
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint is preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Event coordination and marketing experience preferred, but not necessary
- Advanced computer and word processing skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Promotes continuous improvement in approach to work
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrates proficiency in business-related verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates and ability to create strong professional relationships, including key interactions with clients and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing company environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule - some evenings required.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
