Machinist - Day Shift

The Carlson Company in Park City Kansas has immediate job openings available for Machinists in our Factory.
These are full time jobs for detail-oriented people with the ability to work independently.
We are willing to train the right people.
Job duties include being able to calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut.
Read and understand engineering drawings and routings.
Meet and exceed job time requirements in an efficient manner.
Experience with use of precision instruments, gauges, tools, basic math and problem-solving skills.
Follow safety directives, wear eye and ear protection, and steel toed shoes.

We are also needing someone who has wood working skills as a Crate Maker for our shipping department.

All applicants must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to pass a drug screen. These are Full-time, day shift, (We close at 4:30 pm) with employee benefits and the possibility of overtime.
