Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent
The School District of Jenkintown is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to fill the position of Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent. Experience as a school secretary or central office administrative assistant is strongly preferred. The person will be required to handle multiple assignments, must be extremely accurate, be capable of meeting tight deadlines, handling multiple demands, along with performing other duties as requested by the Superintendent.
Qualifications: Associate's degree or related experience required in office administration; proficiency in data processing/management, Microsoft Office Suite, and G suite; ability to balance multiple assignments and priorities, accept direction and work independently. Excellent oral & written communication skills, courteous telephone manner, ability to operate general office equipment, maintain confidential/mature decorum is essential.
