Store Manager
The Tulsa City–County Library has an exciting leadership role overseeing an exceptional team at our Starbucks located in the Central Library in Tulsa, OK. The Central Library is currently seeking candidates with quick service restaurant experience and solid leadership skills to fill the role of Starbucks Store Manager. The Store Manager will report to the Store Operations Manager to maximize the profitability of the store through managing store operations, motivating and leading great teams, and driving store performance.
Located in the midst of a revitalized downtown surrounded by hotels and concert venues, the Central Library Starbucks is uniquely situated in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated and proven leader with a solid background in quick service restaurants who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key functions of this role include:
•Adhere to company standards and service levels to maintain profitability and other controllable costs;
•Ensure that all financial (invoices, reports) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures;
•Understand and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational success;
•Ensure a high quality of service and guest experience;
•Stay abreast of downtown events that will impact store sales and activity.
Qualified candidates must have:
•Three years of quick service restaurant experience;
•Two years of management experience;
•Five years of customer service experience;
•Prior cash handling experience;
•Food Safety Manager Certificate.
Salary Range: $15.00/hour - $17.31/hour.
