Data and Records Coordinator
- UNIVERSITY HONORS PROGRAM (UHP)is seeking applications for a Data and Records Coordinator. A well-organized, effective, and dynamic individual is sought to provide support for the University Honors Program in the areas of records and data management, financial, recruitment, admissions and scholarships, assessment, scheduling, and communications.
This full-time, unclassified professional staff position will provide support to all areas (admissions, marketing and communication, curricular, and co-curricular programming) of the University Honors Program.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) OR a high school diploma with 3 years of office experience; min. 2 years demonstrated proficiency with data analysis specifically using Excel; ability to effectively work with diverse student, parent, faculty and staff populations; excellent written communication skills; and ability to effectively organize time and tasks (and often multiple tasks at the same time) and to work autonomously.
