Vermillion Incorporated, a leader in interconnect cable solutions for the military & aerospace industries, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join a growing manufacturing facility. Requires a candidate with management experience & exceptional customer service. Primary duties include quoting prices for new & existing customers & coaching & mentoring staff.Resolve customer issues in a timely mannerDevelop new business, finding opportunities on Government bid boards & through internet searchesSubmit bid proposals that are developed by the Estimating and Finance departmentsManage high profile programs as required &/or assignedJob requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred; 2+ years in a supervisory role; experience in a customer-centric environment, aerospace manufacturing environment strongly preferred; strong interpersonal communication skills; capacity to focus, motivate and lead the inside sales team in a disciplined, effective mannerVermillion is an equal opportunity employer
