We often find ourselves in competition with older, better-known firms in town that trot several well-dressed salesmen and put out a slick sales pitch to an owner when vying for a job. We believe that when an owner selects a contractor they need to consider the following: Do you want the guy who sends you a bunch of suits to give you a sales job, or the one who sends the guys to get the job done right? At Wadsworth Brothers our superintendents are our best salesmen. The average age of our superintendents is about 50 years and they all have over 20 years experience, so you know you’re not going to get some “20-something” kid to run your job once the salesmen leave.
