Responsibilities include oversight of maintenance, repair, upkeep and cleanliness of buildings and grounds, including supervision of staff, ordering supplies, management of budgets, and coordination of vendors. Schedule and support campus activities and events. Ensure compliance with regulations and codes of operation. Experience in facility management, customer-service attitude and strong interpersonal skills are required.
