Summary of responsibilities: Gather information and data to make recommendations to management for decisions regarding international recruitment, including identifying potential markets and forecasting future market trends. Analyze data for international recruitment strategies. Requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related business field. 2 yr. exp. analyzing potential international target markets, incl. 6 mo. exp. working in international office at college or university w/international student recruitment, recruitment agents & admissions, and statistical analysis. Ability w/Microsoft Excel & Access database maintenance & management.
