The Project Manager will assist the Executive Director of Facilities Planning and the Facilities Planning team with the planning, review and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. Work will include but not be limited to the development of architectural programs for in-house projects, concept plans, budget estimates, studies and reports, plan reviews, construction administration, updating campus building inventory, managing record documents, and serving on various university committees as directed. The position will work cooperatively with a variety of constituents including university faculty, staff and students, state and city officials, consultants, contractors and others.
Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering or interior architecture from a program that is nationally accredited in its respective field, along with three years of proven and successful experience in architectural practice.
