Summary of Responsibilities: Develops and implements complex  software solutions that align with the business, development,  deployment needs and maintains all programming tiers of existing  and new object-oriented web-based applications using  Microsoft.NET architecture, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft  .NET Framework, Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web forms,  C#, IIS, AngularJS, Angular 2+, Oracle Application Express 3.0+,  Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database 11g or older, PL/SQL,  SQLite3.  

Responsibilities/Duties:  

SD II will develop & implement complex software solutions that  align with the business, development, deployment needs and  maintain all programming tiers of existing and new object oriented web-based applications using Microsoft.NET  architecture, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft .NET Framework,  Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web forms, C#, IIS,  AngularJS, Angular 2+, React Native, Oracle Application Express  3.0+, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database 11g or older,  PL/SQL, SQLite3.  

SD II will work on modernizing and migration of legacy systems  from older architectures and systems to state of art new  technologies.  

SD II will participate in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)  activities such as business cases development, unit testing and  monitoring of deployed applications using Microsoft Team  Foundation server, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Test  Manager.  

SD II will be responsible for diagnosing, debugging, and  resolving software bugs and issues after software release on  production servers.  

Duties also include software requirements analysis, code  analysis, performance tuning, memory profiling, maintaining  standards compliance and implementing best practices for  software development and quality assurance. 

Develop, maintain, support, and lead a strong team of high performance professionals.

SD II will participate with planning, efforts estimation, budget  and implementation meetings with state entities, project  stakeholders and internal teams. 

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,  Computer Engineering, Business Admin Management Information  Systems, or comparable field. Three (3) years of working  experience with the following: Design and programming of complex  software and IT projects and management of technical resources;  .Net development technologies (ASP.NET, .Net Core); SQL Server  or similar databases; and React or Angular.  

Other Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTML5,  CSS3, Javascript and JQuery).  

• Demonstrated ability with Cloud computing platforms. 

• Demonstrated ability with code versioning tools such as GIT. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of testing framework and DevOps. 

• Demonstrated knowledge of object oriented programming,  databases, web application development, security and open source technologies.  

• Demonstrated knowledge of MVC.  

• Demonstrated knowledge of mobile app development on iOS  and/or Android platform.
