Assistant Director of Facilities
Assists Asst. Superintendent in the planning, development, training, hiring, and oversight of the facilities staffs. Responsible for maintaining high quality facilities and excellent service within those facilities. Schedules regular maintenance and cleaning, oversees repairs and interacts with outside vendors. Ideal candidate must possess strong organizational, communications and motivational skills. Develops and monitors budgets. Will office at the Oaklawn Activity Center (OAC) and will serve as primary supervisor of that facility. Will be required to work some evenings and weekends.

The DRC hires for various positions all year round. Hiring is especially heavy in the March-April time frame as numerous summer positions are filled.
