Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager, have high standards and good interpersonal skills. Salary PLUS - Paid mileage and cell phone, monthly bonus, flexible schedules, health Insurance and paid vacation.
• Oversees that policies and procedures are upheld in all units in area of responsibility
• Regularly holds management meetings to set clear and attainable goals to include employee relations, sales initiatives, maintenance schedules company policies and procedures, etc.
• Conducts regular store audits, oversees inventory taking, etc.
