PAYROLL PROCESSING

A manufacturing facility in Dunn, NC, is seeking a Human Resource/ Payroll Processing position.

Prior HR and payroll processing experience is a must. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. Position to include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling, disciplining, and discharging of employees. Administration of Benefits, COBRA, retirement (401 K), child support, worker’s compensation, and unemployment cases will also be required of the position.

Candidate will perform weekly payroll for approximately 75 employees, Must be conscientious and detail oriented with a company focus and be able to maintain confidentiality. Candidate should also be knowledgeable of current employment laws.
