Chief Financial Officer
Bethany College has experienced strong enrollment growth last year and this year. In FY 17, the college welcomed the largest new student group in 22 years. This year, Bethany is welcoming the largest new student group ever. In addition, the college's retention rate is up eight percentage points and overall, full-time enrollment is up 15 percent. Bethany College has enjoyed a strong financial position the past two fiscal years, fully covering its operating expenses and depreciation. Last fiscal year's surplus was more than $700,000 on a 15.2M annual operating budget.
Currently, Bethany is searching for the next Vice President for Finance and Operations, a position that serves as the Chief Financial Officer.
This position, under general supervision, independently performs and is responsible for managing the financial, information technology and systems, human resources, facilities, food service and ancillary functions of the college and endowment.
